Speaking & Keynote Topics

Real talk. Brave spaces. Lasting impact.

I speak to the moments that matter. The moment a girl wonders if it's safe to tell the truth. The pressures no one sees. The sparks of leadership that ignite when someone finally says,

"I see you. I hear you. I believe in you"

Whether I’m speaking to a gym full of teenage girls or a boardroom of decision-makers, I bring the same energy: grounded, engaging, and real.

My talks are built from lived experience — as a former semi-elite athlete, youth advocate, and someone who has spent over two decades working alongside teenage girls, not just talking about them.

These aren’t just keynotes. They’re conversations that shift culture. I show up with fire — and leave space for people to feel, reflect, and act with more integrity and heart.

Keynote Topics for Teen Girls:

These keynotes are designed to empower, connect and create lasting ripple effects — whether delivered to an entire year level, at a summit, or on retreat.

  • A rally cry for every girl who’s ever been told to calm down, be quiet, or fit in. This keynote challenges the "nice girl" conditioning and invites girls to take up space — unapologetically. Fiona shares her own story of learning to trust her voice, set boundaries, and lead from the heart.

Themes: Self-worth, people-pleasing, boundaries, voice, courage

  • From school to sport to social media, girls today are navigating impossible standards. In this deeply relatable keynote, Fiona unpacks the myth of perfection and helps girls reconnect to what truly matters: being real, not flawless.

Themes: Perfectionism, burnout, identity, values, compassion

  • A heart-to-heart on body image, comparison, and confidence. Fiona explores what it means to live in your body — not fight it — and how to rebuild trust in yourself, especially when the world profits off your doubt.

Themes: Body image, self-trust, confidence, social media, belonging

  • Leadership isn’t about titles or trophies — it’s about how you show up, for yourself and for others. Fiona helps girls see the quiet, brave ways they lead every day and reminds them they don’t have to wait to be older, louder or more “ready” to make a difference.

Themes: Self-leadership, values, courage, friendship, change-making

Speaking For Adults Who Work With or Influence Girls

I also speak with educators, parents, coaches, community leaders and policymakers — anyone invested in building safer, fairer, more empowering spaces for girls to grow and lead.

Whether you're supporting girls on the field, in the classroom, at home, or in policy — my keynotes are designed to spark action, deepen understanding, and shift culture.

  • A reflection on the insights, heartbreak, and brilliance shared by girls behind closed doors — and what they’re asking the adults around them to hear.

  • Why teenage girls aren't just the leaders of tomorrow — they're already shaping the world. A powerful invitation to reimagine education, leadership and community through the lens of girlhood.

  • How can we build spaces where girls (and all young people) feel safe to speak up, show up, and grow? A call to action for educators and leaders to prioritise care, connection and courage.

  • From elite gymnastics to boardroom strategy, Fiona shares her journey through high-performance pressure, burnout, recovery and leadership — and what it taught her about power, purpose and pacing yourself.

Why Work With Me?

I’m not here to perform. I’m here to connect.

My talks don’t just inspire — they invite. I create space for people to reflect, feel seen, and take action. I weave in lived experience, evidence, and decades of working at the intersection of youth, gender and leadership.

If you’re looking for a speaker who can hold space for big conversations while making people feel brave, hopeful and fired up — let’s talk.
